SK Protective Products’ VCI 165 HDW paper protects iron & Steel against Corrosion even in the most unfavorable climatic conditions. The paper carries a high load of chemical inhibitors. Through its direct contact it protects metal & Vapour action. The chemical coated on the paper vapourise and then settles on the metal surface and also protects the areas like drilled holes, crevices etc, this is appropriate material reinforced with HOPE woven fabric and for products which require a moisture barrier I grease resistance. The material should immediately kept in pack condition after its usage and should not expose to open air/sun specially in rainy season.

Material

The bottom paper is 80 gsm kraft paper with lamination of LDPE on it and in between these two a woven fabric of 10 X 10 Mesh. On paper surface the coating of Corrosion Preventive chemical of 12- 14 gsm is loaded.
